June 5, 2019 Colonia Board of Fire Commissioners Regular Meeting

The Regular meeting of the Colonia Board of Fire Commissioners took place at the Colonia Firehouse on June 5, 7:30 pm. The meeting was called to order by Board President Ray Hughes followed by a moment of silence for departed members.

Notice of the meeting was advertised in the Home News Tribune and the Asbury Park Press and at Town Hall.

A motion was made and seconded to accept the Treasurer’s Report. Motion passed.

Old Business

Commissioner Stellmach – He thinks that Commissioner Hughes was under the idea that Commissioner Stellmach was going to take care of getting the bay door enlarged for the new truck. Commissioners are going to have to get a Structural Engineer to look at it. Commissioner Stellmach will be the point person for the job.

New Business

Commissioner Higgins said the Commissioners should start thinking about putting the truck up for sale.
