The agenda meeting of the Colonia Board of Fire Commissioners took place at the Colonia Firehouse on June 4, 2014 at 7:30pm. The meeting was called to order by Board President Ray Hughes followed by a moment of silence for departed members.

Notice of the meeting was advertised in the Home News Tribune and the Asbury Park
Press and at Town Hall.

Bill Higgins, Jr.
Also Present: Chief Stellmach Firefighter Fugaro, Firefighter Pereira, Firefighter

Monument is done. Rosebushes need to be trimmed. President's office needs to be cleaned.

I have a proposal for new phones to go over tonight. Will also go over radio room. Nineteen phones are needed to entire building. The cost for the total package is
$11,113.98. It includes classes for three people on use of phone system. Commissioners will look over package and decide if they will prove it.
George Reilly will have his son come down and look at system and give the commissioners a price. He did the phone system for the First Aid Squad.

Doing normal maintenance right now on vehicles. Chief’s car is a couple of weeks away from being done.

Chris Wertz is not going to be able to put the voice on our new radios. He is not licensed. George Reilly knows someone who did work at the first aid. He will call them and get a price from them.
Found desks that will fit in radio room. Will order tomorrow along with new chairs.
Commissioner Higgins, Jr. will call Wunder Electric tomorrow to have them come back and finish doing the electric in radio room.
