October 7, 2015 Colonia Board of Fire Commissioners Agenda Meeting

 The agenda meeting of the Colonia Board of Fire Commissioners took place at the Colonia Firehouse on October 7, 2015 at 7:30 pm. The meeting was called to order by Board President Ray Hughes followed by a moment of silence for departed members.

Notice of the meeting was advertised in the Home News Tribune and the Asbury Park Press and at Town Hall.

Commissioners present. Ed Sheehan, Bill Higgins, Sr., Bill Higgins, Jr. Ray Hughes

Also Present: Chief Stellmach, Firefighter Giardina

Received a quote for the roof. Will discuss at regular meeting.

Received Inspector Hanley radio back and it is working. Pagers were sent out to be fixed.

Trucks and Equipment, Commissioner Sheehan

A couple of adjustments were done. All cars were totally cleaned. All units were serviced and completed.

All winter equipment will be serviced.

Purchasing, Commissioner Hughes, Jr.

Everything for air bags are in.

Old Business

On October 25 there is going to be a spaghetti dinner for Jim Souza up here at the fire house.

Motion to adjourn meeting was made by Commissioner Sheehan and seconded by Commissioner Higgins, Jr. at 7:44 pm. Motion passed by a unanimous vote.
