April 1, 2015 Colonia Board of Fire Commissioners Agenda Meeting
The agenda meeting of the Colonia Board of fire Commissioners took place at the Colonia Firehouse on April1, 2015 at 7:30pm. The meeting was called to order by Board President Ray Hughes followed by a moment of silence for departed members.

Notice of the meeting was advertised in the Home News Tribune and the Asbury Park
Press and at Town Hal.
Commissioners Present: Ray Hughes, Ed Sheehan, Bill Higgins, Sr. and Bill Higgins, Jr. Excused: Jim Souza
Also Present: Chief Stellmach, Firefighter Giardina

Buildings and Grounds, Commissioner Higgins, Sr.
Will be doing general maintenance of the firehouse over the next couple of months. Also will be fixing the driveway and buying some new plants.

Progress

Insurance, Commissioner Hughes
A final audit of the SQUAD was done. Alarms/Radios, Commissioner Higgins, Jr. Wunder Electric is close to finishing up radio room.

Trucks and Equipment, Commissioner Sheehan
12-21 going to Absolute tomorrow for a couple of adjustments and for an electrical problem.
The cabinets on 12-2 were fixed.
Chiefs car was checked out and still is under warranty. The water pump lights are not working on 12-2.

Still trying to get to Arbor Hose Fire Department to see their floor in the bays. Will go back on Sundays when they have flea markets up there.

Motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Commissioner Sheehan and seconded by
Commissioner Higgins, Jr. at 7:50 pm. Motion passed by a unanimous vote
