July 2, 2014 Colonia Board of Fire Commissioners Agenda Meeting
The agenda meeting of the Colonia Board of Fire Commissioners took place at the Colonia Firehouse on July 2, 2014 at 7:32pm. The meeting was called to order by Board president Ray Hughes followed by a moment of silence for departed members.

Notice of the meeting was advertised in the Home News Tribune and the Asbury Park
Press and Town Hall.

The electrical panel and the floor were both done. The door is being done tomorrow.
Water and Hydrants, Commissioner Higgins,Jr. A new fire hydrant was put in at Central and Lincoln.

Alarms and Radios,Commissioner Higgins, Jr.
Wunder Electric coming to do electrical work in radio room tomorrow.

Trucks and Equipment, Commissioner Sheehan
12-21 alternator was fixed. 12-31 in service. 12-1 door panel is done. Ambulance arrived and is being prepared to be put in.

Personnel
The guys who work the day crew and don't make any drills do not get any hours.
The Chief will do drills on Tuesday nights hoping this will get the guys to come out to them.

Ordered a new hose that failed during the hose test.

Old Business Commissioner Higgins, Jr.

got another quote from AIReilly on the phone system for
$7,600.00. They are refurbished phones. Commissioners need to look at it loosely and make sure it is apples to apples compared to the other quote. Commissioner Higgins will call AIReilly and have him explain the quote line by line.

New Business
The camera looks good on the new Chiefs car. Looking to get camera on all vehicles like the rigs have. This will help the guys with backing up.
