November 1, 2017 Colonia Board of Fire Commissioners Agenda Meeting

The agenda meeting of the Colonia Board of Fire Commissioners took place at the Colonia Firehouse on November 1, 2017 at 7:30 pm. The meeting was called to order by Board President Ray Hughes followed by a moment of silence for departed members.

Notice of the meeting was advertised in the Home news Tribune and the Asbury Park Press and at Town Hall.

Commissioners present: Bill Higgins, Jr, Bill Stellmach, Ray Hughes, Joe Fugaro Ed Sheehan, Absent: Bill Stellmach

Buildings and Grounds. Commissioner Higgins

Punch list is on Commissioner phones. There is just a lot of minor stuff that needs to be done. There was supposed to be a separate contract written up for any add ons which was never done. In the bar areas there will be no shelf. They will be putting in a table with cabinets. Can't be too deep.

Getting a price on the refrigerator Will be !4 the size of the one that is in there now.

Middle bay door at SQAD was fixed. A new panel was put in.

Wunder putting in the drop cord for the ambulance that was missing it. Wunder will be there tomorrow to do the work.

Commissioner Stellmach got a price for the extra radio from the County. It is $2,369.10 with desktop charged and 2 vehicle chargers and strap. They don't need the desk top chargers so the price will be cheaper.

The radiator on 12-6 was taken out. Commissioner Stellmach's friend will weld it and put it back in for $800.00. There was not issue with the head casket.

12-32is out until tomorrow.

Mitch was in a car accident and he will be out of service for a week.

Purchasing. Commissioner Hughes

Purchased 27 air bottles.

Old Business

After tomorrow the kitchen project will be complete.

Commissioner Sheehan made a motion and it was seconded by Commissioner Higgins to adjourn the meeting at 7:38 pm. Motion passes.
