October 7, 2015 Colonia Board of Fire Commissioners Regular Meeting

The regular meeting of the Colonia Board of Fire Commissioners took place at the Colonia Firehouse on October 7, 2015 at 7:45 pm. The meeting was called to order by Board President Ray Hughes followed by a moment of silence for departed members.

Notice of the meeting was advertised in the Home news Tribune and the Asbury Park Press and at Town Hall.

Commissioners Present: Ed Sheehan, Bill Higgins, Sr. Bill Higgins, Jr. Ray Hughes

Excused: Jim Souza

Also Present: Chief Mackey, Firefighter Giardina

Chiefs Report

We are cleaning up to get ready for fire prevention. It is October 9. This Friday night.

Treasurer's Report.

A motion to accept treasurer's report was made by Commissioner Sheehan and seconded by Commissioner Higgins, Sr. Motion passed by a unanimous vote.

Penyack was in to look at roof. They gave us an estimate of $24,800.00.
