December 6, 2017 Colonia Board of Fire Commissioners Agenda Meeting
The agenda meeting of the Colonia Board of Fire Commissioners took place at the Colonia Firehouse on December 6,2017 at 7:30 pm. The meeting was called to order by Board President Ray Hughes followed by a moment of silence for departed members.
Notice of the meeting was advertised in the Home news Tribune and the Asbury Park Press and at Town Hall.
Commissioners present: Bill Higgins, Jr, Bill Stellmach, Ray Hughes, Joe Fugaro Ed Sheehan, Bill Stellmach
Buildings and Grounds. Commissioner Higgins
Kitchen is completed.
Ricky will start on the railing and moldings tomorrow.
Will contract the floor guy for next year.

There was a recall on 12-1. Something with the steering.
There is a water leak on the Tower. Absolute is looking into it. Mitch put a seal on it for now. It might need to go out to PA for repair.
Commissioner Sheehan wants the Chief to tell the guys who use the cars during the day to clean them and gas them up if needed.

Old Business
Need to look at doing the floor is the bays before the anniversary. If needed the old floors might have to come up and new ones put down. Commissioners will need to get estimates.
Might be looking into having the chair room retiled. If not cleaned and buffed up.
New Business
Commissioner Higgins needs to call Wunder regarding the ice machine that was moved downstairs. It needs to be repaired.
A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Commissioner Higgins and seconded by Commissioner Sheehan. Motion passed.
