We opened up the bids for the roof. All the paperwork was dropped off to Braslow and
he is going through it to make sure all the paperwork is in order. Once that is done and
awarded we will set up a schedule.
The chairs are in. We just have to take a look at them and decide what we want to go
The fans and the blower are going in the air conditioner in the firemen's room. Over the past couple of years we have spent a lot of money to keep it running. I have some quotes to change it out and put two ductless units in the firemen's room.
Water and Hydrants, Commissioner Stellmach
Insurance, Commissioner Hughes, Jr.
Alarms/Radios, Commissioner Stellmach
They are all programmed. The Chiefs car radio did not come back.
Trucks/Equipment, Commissioner Sheehan
All the cars have been serviced and we are in the process of cleaning them right now. All the engines are being serviced by Mitch on the yearly service. 12-41 has already been done. We will be ready to put 12-1 out to bid in the next month or two.
The helmet......... came in. The only item open right now are bunker pants for Ricky.
Commissioner Sheehan has the prints for the kitchen and the bathroom for the wheelchair accessibility.
We will start the roof after we get back from Wildwood.
A motion to close the agenda meeting was made by Commissioner Higgins and seconded by Commissioner Sheehan. All in favor.
