November 5, 2014 Colonia Board of Fire Commissioners Agenda Meeting

 The agenda meeting of the Colonia Board of Fire Commissioners took place at the Colonia Firehouse on November 5, 2014 at 7:40 pm. The meeting was called to order by Board President Ray Hughes followed by a moment of silence for departed members.

Notice of the meeting was advertised in the Home News Tribune and the Asbury Park Press and at Town Hall.

Commissioners present: Jim Souza, Ed Sheehan, Bill Higgins, Sr., Bill Higgins and Ray Hughes

Also Present: Chief Stellmach, Firefighter Giardina and Firefighter Mackey

The backroom needs to get in shape and the floors need to get done.

The radios are going to be programmed tomorrow. Commissioner Sheehan called Wunder Electric in regards to them finishing up the electric in the radio room.

Personnel, Commissioner Souza

Commissioner Souza put together the reimbursement number that the Chief reviewed. All those who worked on the numbers agreed to the formula they would use.

Trucks and Equipment, Commissioner Sheehan

Everything was transferred from the old 12-2 to the new 12-2.

The first aid rig needs two new tires.

Purchasing, Commissioner Hughes

Two new saws are in for the engine. They will be keeping he old saw as a spare.
